Acting is not simply about memorising lines and performing a scene, acting is about being comfortable with allowing anyone and everyone to see your true self while reacting to a series of stimuli. This may sound easy enough and familiar to some, but if placed under pressure to deliver, be it in an audition or on set, it is not as simple as it seems.
Real-life on set experience is the best way to learn this skill, however this is not possible for most and the next best thing is the right training.
Screen classes at Mitchell Actors are designed to prepare actors and enthusiasts with the right set of skills and training for the challenges they will face in the film industry, both on and off a film set.

Screen Acting Techniques
These courses are for anyone over the age of 18 years. An intensive course exploring numerous fundamentals and advanced techniques in screen acting. Both beginners and intermediate level actors are welcome regardless of representation.
Teen Screen Acting Courses
These course are for ages 13 - 18 years. Develop the fundamental and more advanced skills to tackle auditions and scene on screen. Both beginners and experienced actors are welcome regardless of representation.
Screen Audition Training
These courses are for intermediate actors who either have previous training or limited on set experience to practice, develop and explore their audition technique. Each week, actors are required to prepare and deliver a screen test under audition circumstances. This course is available to any qualified actors regardless of representation.
Advanced Screen Audition Training
These courses are for experienced or trained actors to practice, develop and explore their audition technique. Each week, actors are required to prepare and deliver a screen test under audition circumstances. This course is available to any qualified actors regardless of representation.
